The Architect builder wanted to take advantage of the 180 views of the city & open space in the home has with that in mind. The 2nd floor has a new chimney design. A height to the ceiling chimney wall of granite with glass fire crack ice inside details & 3 candles to light a soft look (especially summer time). The inside of the home has been renovated 3 times now, to give a clean modern look with furnishings. The 3 front balconies is another way to enjoy the views too. The main Sundeck is large enough to BBQ, drinks & sun tan with chaise lounges to relax and a bit of R& R. Also, you can enjoy the back yard with plenty of relaxing sitting areas and night lights - string of bulbs to set the mood of peace with a glass drink and tea candles on a chimney décor. GUEST ACCESS- • Guest have access to 80% of the whole house (except read below). •••••••••NO ACCESS••••••••• •Garage area- The garage is private and you may park on the driveway 1 car and street is also available. •2 rooms (1 on each floor) are locked and NOT occupied during your stay. The 2 rooms locked is my bedroom & my work office. I OR NO ONE, WILL NOT STAY in the home while you are there. The REST of the home is all yours. You will have privacy in this home & I will NOT be in the home during your stay. I am nearby & just text me if you have any ?'s. I am renting the house - which is fully loaded with modern tech & doesnt need me to be there. The home is for your private comfy use. I am nearby to help, a text away to answer any ?'s. I love living up in the awesome hills of Whittier NW area. The home is near Uptown Whittier which has plenty of unique self own restaurants, shops, foot/body massages, hair salons, movie theater & more. Hellman Wilderness Park is walking distance for hiking & mountain cycling. Most of the neighbors I have known since (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Most of us are self employed & we care about our neighborhood & safety. The street where the house is at is awesome for the reason it is a flat horizontal street. I prefer parking leveled on streets rather than hilly (full locked brake) version. UBER, LIFT, TAXIS is nearby for a quick get away to any fun spot you like to go... & of course convenient public transit buses nearby & major freeways. I enjoy walking on these hills, especially to Uptown Whittier & the hills around. ***For liability reasons the person making the booking must be 25 years old & provide an ID through the messenger after the booking is made to confirm their age. If the person making the booking is under 25, they will not be able to book the listing due to liability reasons.*** ***This is a home, NO PARTIES ALLOWED. If you have a party, you will be charge $400 extra on resolution.*** ***NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. The home is built against a hill with 3 stories of stairs. This home is NOT child proof. ***NO PETS ALLOWED. You will be charged $150 if not followed on resolution.*** ***Sorry, due to stairs, it is NOT disable access. It is difficult to use wheelchair on a tri-level home. If you are able to get up the stairs with a cane or help from guests/family or a walker - might be OK, but there is a lot of stairs. Sorry.***
