There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your villa during your reservation period. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 3:00 pm Check-out time is prior to or at 12:00 pm. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before.
