A Mid -Century Modern house with a row of Citrus trees in front . The house surrounds a large courtyard shaded patio and swimming pool . The completely renovated guest suite has an 8´ sliding glass door facing the pool and courtyard and includes the bedroom , bathroom , large closet , laundry room , patio , BBQ and swimming pool . The guests can pick any of the seasonal ripe fruit also . . Most ensuite amenities are listed in the photo captions . There is free off–street parking . This residence was designed by a noted architect in 1960 .The previous owner a landscape designer laid out the grounds and the current owner is a designer who just finished remodeling the interior of the home while maintaing the original character of this unique Mid Century gem . We feel honored being able to live in such a wonderful home and location and sharing this lovely resort style property with our guests . The entire guest suite bedroom and bathroom , laundry room , closet , pool and large courtyard patio , BBQ and front yard with free off street shaded parking bay . As we live in a separate area of the property we will greet you upon your arrival , help with your luggage if needed . We give a brief orientation tour to help you get comfortable and settled in . We very deeply respect guest´s privacy . We offer coffee and tea and pastry in the morning and fruit from our trees when in season . We are located in the upscale , safe and quite Beverly Glenn district of central Visalia with the main Freeway Highway 198 just 4 blocks away with easy access from the house , going East to Sequoia and King Canyon National Park or West to North and South Freeway 99 . The College of the Sequoias is 2 blocks away . The Kaweah Delta Hospital complex is less then a mile away . Visalia restaurant trade evolved from the 1860´s and has an established and evolved food culture scene both domestic and international here as well as numerous microbreweries and nightly entertainment spots . Main Street is always fun to just walk around and is lively . Downtown Main Street with it´s many great cafes and stores is a 15 minute walk from the house . Moonie Blvd with 4 miles of shopping is 2 blocks away and has everything . There is excellent bus service on all major streets in Visalia and connecting routes all over California from here . Most guests will want a car though for unlimited sightseeing .
