The upstairs bedrooms and main living space take on a lodge feel while the down stairs bedrooms and lower common space have more of a ski vibe. The complex that the town house is located in has a club house a short walk away featuring an outdoor heated pool available in the summer time as well as an indoor pool and hot tub available all year round. Additionally, there is access to a swimming hole behind the townhouse on the Pemigewasset river. In front of the unit there are two parking spaces available. Property does utilize a ring door bell. This has the capability to monitor the front porch. There are no other cameras on the property.
