Bay of Loons ocean front Cottage

Watch the sun set over beautiful Loon Bay from this quaint little cottage. This ocean front property is located on a beautiful salt water beach. It’s in a prime location about 1 hour from Twillingate, Grand Falls-Windsor and Gander. Have a fire while listening to the waves roll against shore. Watch for eagles, seabirds and Atlantic salmon breach. The whole cottage is available to guests. As well as all the property the cottage is located on. There is over 100 feet of beach front access and the beach is 40 feet from the deck. I respect my guests privacy, however I am available if they need me. Loon Bay is a small and quiet rural community located in central Newfoundland. There is ample parking adjacent private parking adjacent to the cottage. Loon Bay is a beautiful spot to view various sea birds, sea life such as seals, porpoises and whales in season. There are a number is hiking trails in the area.
