Lovely apartment with kitchenette

Upstairs apartment in charming home. Space includes bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and private entrance. Entryway and upstairs apartment, laundry by request I live downstairs and am usually available in person or by phone if needed. I try and give my guests space to check in and welcome them to initiate meeting if they would like. We may see each other outside if it's a nice day! Friendly, lively, lots of walkers and dog walkers in the area. Occasional cars passing. Walking distance to downtown and other points of interest.
