Marvellous House in Vargem Grande

Beautiful house, carefully furnished and decorated, very comfortable for weekends, holidays, vacations, or simple resting days. A few minutes from the best beaches of Rio and few steps from the Gastronomic Center of Vargem Grande. Our place was built very carefully to be a space of resting in the weekends, holidays and vacations for our family. It was projected to enable comfort and freedom to our guests. Due to that, all 5 suites present air conditioning and 2 of them present bath tub. All of them are very spacious, as well as all commom areas. Our guests will have access to all parts of the house and leisure areas - barbecue place, pizza oven, swimming pool, football court. We open the house for renting when we are out of the city. Therefore, we will not be acessible phisically, but we will always be acessible by phone for any doubt. Vargem Grande neighboorhood is getting urbanized quickly, with good convenience options. Nevertheless, it preserves its rural environment. The "Gastronomic Center of Vargem Grande" presents good options of restaurants, including brazilian cuisine, seafood, italian, barbecue restaurants - There are also some stud farms in the region, where people can have a ride and enjoy the beauty and nature of the region. There is public transportation available next to the house. We are very concerned about children safety. That´s why the swimming pool and may terraces present appropriate security nets.
