During check-in, the property manager will meet with the guest to exchange the keys. There is a property manager that will be available for the guest in the event there is anything wrong with the house. However, please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP, and will call other resources (electrician, plumber, others) to take care of the issues in regular hours. It is a beach frequented by families, who park between their palms, to enjoy barbecues, the sun and the beach. It is particularly interesting because its coast is a combination of sand and river rock. There are several restaurants close by with authentic Puerto Rican food. The guest will need their own car since public transportation is limited. Because Puerto Rico is a small island you can get around by car to just about any destination within 1 to 2 hours. Here in Patillas, you are on the southeastern tip of the island surrounded by the Caribbean beaches.
