2015 built house in a beautiful community. 3 bed rooms, 2 bath are for rent. The owner use her own master bedroom & bathroom & garage. Free driveway parking and street parking, breakfast, coffee, tea , WiFi, and TV. Separate refrigerator for guest. Host is an excellent internal medicine physician who speak both Chinese and English. For stay longer than 3 days, light cooking is allowed. We have 3 queen beds, and 2 air queen beds. It does have surveillance in common areas only. There will be no other guest. Featuring backyard food forest garden, outdoor tv, karaoke, grill, very lovely. Living room features mini conference area with table, chair, sofa, desk, TV and wifi printer. Landscape of our community is beautiful. Ideal for small group concert goers, training, meeting, retreat. We do require proof of covid 19 vaccination of all guest prior to booking. We have a small home music recording studio with guitar, speaker, monitor speaker, keybord, 8 channel interface. You can use them for music production. Owner is also good female vocal.
