Modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home, Gimli

Modern open-concept, 1500 Square Foot House in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in a beach town. Large Backyard with fire pit and play structure. No smoking and no pets allowed. Minimum 4 night stay, but may be flexible. Minimum 6 nights for March 25-April 2. At this time, you must bring your own bedding (mattress cover and fitted sheet provided) and pillows. Preference is given to families. No parties or large gatherings. No Check ins on Saturdays. Fully furnished home, Main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed (Single over a double), and 3rd bedroom has a Queen mattress on the floor. 4th bedroom is located in the basement and has a double bed. WIFI, basic satellite tv included. Guests can access the entire house, with the exception of one locked space in the basement. This space is off limits and not to be opened. While staying, if you have any major concerns or questions you will be able to contact us via email or phone, or call our local property manager. (Numbers will be given closer to the date of your stay) School park is nearby. Lake Winnipeg is a quick drive away or feel free to walk to the beach, paddle boat, seadoo rentals on the beach. Spray park, local shops - be sure to stop in at Tergesen's, local coffee shop - Flatland - recently rated top 10 coffee places to visit in Manitoba and bakery - Sugar Me Cookie. Many great restaurants including Seagull's patio with a lake view or Ship N'Plough for a Pint on tap (and sometimes local talent on stage on weekends.) Beach Boy and Kris' Fish N' Chips are also a favourite! North of Gimli at Camp Morton are beautiful walking trails. Walk along the lake. Visit the Beach. Take a walk along the Pier at the Marina. Check out the Icelandic Museum while you are here!
