THANKS AGAIN THIAGO, I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME" -Nick Located on the lower floor of a recently renovated building, this house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room full of natural light comfortably accommodates 5 people. It is strategically located, minutes from downtown, supermarket, pharmacy, service station, Shopping Center, and local bus stops that will leave you at the entrance of the Iguazu Falls. It is accessible through a large secure gate, where there is a parking lot large enough to accommodate up to two vehicles. The house has TOTAL PRIVACY and its own private entrance so you can enter and leave whenever you wish. The beds have NEW QUEEN quality hotel mattresses with "pocket" springs that allow greater support and comfort to have a night of total rest. Our home already has all the necessary bed and bath towel sets, so it is not necessary to bring them. Other features include a large number of windows with matching curtains, high-speed fiber optic internet (65MB!), Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We have installed 2 NEW INVERTER air conditioners of 12,000 BTUs so that the climate inside the house is pleasant even on days of intense heat. The living room has two large sofas and a SMART TV 4K with YouTube and Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen with balcony, stove, microwave and other stainless equipment. Also a table so that they can eat up to 6 people with ease. We are located in a residential neighborhood called PARQUE OURO VERDE, with lots of trees and friendly neighbors. The center of the city is only minutes away by car or bus. You will have an easy walk of two blocks to the supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, and fast food outlets. It is worth noting that the neighborhood is very safe to take a walk. We can arrange different check-in and check-out times, but we always ask for a reasonable time to have time to clean and leave impeccable between guests on the same day. My kitten Michi will take care of arranging your timely cat needs (although they are not allowed inside the house, so do not worry). As we are located in the middle of a residential community (and love our neighbors), keeping outdoor noise down is critical. If you're a fan of blaring music and doing beer bongs, you're in the wrong place. The whole house is available to you. Please be respectful and treat our home as if it were yours. Things like not bringing pets, not smoking in the house or in the yard, etc. They will be very appreciated. As we work in the tourism sector, we can arrange transportation or tours in the city. This neighborhood is within a region called PORTO MEIRA. And this region is very important for two reasons.
