Much more than just a place to sleep!❤️ LOCATION UNIQUE OAXACA is located in a very safe, quiet and cozy neighborhood, “San Felipe del Agua” which is considered as the affluent residential area of the city, very close to downtown Oaxaca and with a strategic location to visit the many other tourist attractions that the city offers (Hierve el Agua, Monte Alban, Mitla, Alebrijes Villages etc.), lately the most preferred area for tourists to look for accommodation. In the neighborhood you'll find only residences and a few boutique/brand new hotels, and for greater tranquility the house is located on an end block street and has 24/7 security cameras system. Walking distance from the property: • Convenience store (3 minutes walk) with the basics (sodas, chips, bread, milk etc), • Local traditional market on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays (8 minutes walk), • "Entre Sombras" restaurant,(5 minutes walk), • "Cruz Cocina Mixta" restaurant (5 minutes ride) • Bus stop (5 minutes walk *uphill*), you can take a bus to downtown here. • Park for outdoor exercises and running (5 minutes walk). • San Felipe del Agua catholic church (5 minutes walk), • Hiking at "Cerro de San Felipe del Agua" (10 minute walk). - You will need a taxi ride or self driving to go to downtown and all the other touristic attractions, some of them you can do them with a tour company which I'll be more than happy to recommend you. - ** Uber Eats and Rappi do delivery food to the villa, groceries, liquor etc. you can also call directly to the restaurants, in the house booklet I included some restaurant recommendations. ADDITIONAL INFO ✿ The birds (inside the aviary) and gardens of the villa need to be fed/watered everyday, so it is necessary that someone come to the outside spaces of the house (aviary & gardens) to take care of them (before noon), if you want you can let us know at what time this works better for you. ✿ At your arrival we will be provide you a brief house booklet with essential information/rules of the house, everything should be running ok, but in case that something is not please contact me and I will try to fix the issue as soon as possible.
