Spend some time picking fresh fruit from our large variety of fruit trees or explore the walking trails inside the property. This exclusive location offers spectacular views of the Carara National Park mountains and peek-a-boo views of the Pacific Ocean. BBQ Pavillion, Pool, and a tennis court! Independent estate with Mediterranean style situated on acres filled with fruit trees and wildlife. Hacienda Paradiso is ideal for those who like seclusion while enjoying the comfort of the country hacienda living. You can expect to see Scarlet Macaws, Hummingbirds and Toucans flying by the house as well as visits from Iguanas, Butterflies, Fireflies and Dragonflies. This single-story house has 4 bedrooms and sits on top of a hill with views of the Central Pacific Mountains. The main living area, kitchen, and dining area are open and flow onto the poolside terrace with an outstanding infinity pool and BBQ area, making this home ideal for entertaining. The high ceilings in the living areas allow abundant natural lighting into the home and the glow of the beautiful sunsets. The spacious kitchen has lots of storage and cabinets as well as plenty of workspace on the granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for meal preparations. The dining and living room areas are very spacious and have a view of the Pool and outside Vistas. Hacienda Paradiso has all you need for relaxation, comfort, and enjoyment. Including two smart TVs with satellite channels and wifi. The private family wing of the house is separate from the social areas, 4 Bedrooms. Sleeps 10 people. Our master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, closet, and a/c. This bedroom has breathtaking views of the Carara National Park and has independent access to the pool deck through sliding glass doors, with Its own in-suite bathroom. Bedroom #2 with one queen size bed also has a/c and independent access to the pool deck. This bedroom shares the bathroom with common areas. The other two bedrooms are at the end of the hallway providing a peaceful and quiet environment. Both of these bedrooms have a/c, a queen-size bed and a twin bed, they share a bathroom through an independent door. We will greet you at the house to hand over the keys and give a quick tour of the facilities. We will be available to guests via phone or message, to assist in any needs that may arise. This area has so many wonderful things to experience and explore, imagine enjoying a captivating sunset while horseback riding then returning to your wonderful hacienda filled with the aroma of a culinary treat being prepared for you by our exceptional Chef, a cocktail by the pool while dinner is set. We can help you create the vacation experience of your dreams. We have many suggestions for activities (Boat and Fishing tours, ATV tours, Zip Line, Surf lessons, Horseback Riding, Private Chef, etc…) and places for you to see/ experience in the area! Conveniently situated directly off of Highway 34  just north of the Tarcoles River, famous for its crocodile population/watching. The location of the property is an easy 55-minute drive from the SJO airport, and just 25 minutes to Herradura, where you can find golf courses, the “Los Sueños” Marina and the Auto Mercado, a large and well-stocked grocery store. The surrounding area provides adventure tours and lovely hikes. Just within a 10-minute drive from the property there are Zipline, Horseback riding and ATV tours, Costa Rica’s largest waterfall, the Carara National Park and a large selection of Costarican cuisine. Playa Blanca (white beach) is a 25 minute drive. This beach has beautiful white sand and very calm water. If you are looking for a little more adrenaline there are a couple of beaches famous for their surf nearby. It is advised to have a rental vehicle during your stay. Our road is paved so there is no need to rent a 4x4 unless you want to go exploring the surrounding beaches. There are local transportation options (taxi and hired shuttles), which we will gladly help you to procure if you so choose. Our caretaker/security lives just inside the property. His house is located next to the main gate. If any issues come up with the house at all please let me know directly if for any reason I cannot be reached you may ask Bismark for help. The Tennis court is for day use ONLY. PETS: No more than two pets are allowed. All pets must be vaccinated according to current health requirements. It is strictly forbidden to allow pets to enter the pool. It is strictly forbidden to allow pets to climb on the beds or armchairs. It is strictly forbidden to use cloths, sheets, or utensils of the property for use by pets. All pets must have their necessary equipment to sleep and eat. All pets must ALWAYS be under adult supervision. Pets cannot be inside the house if their owner is not in it. This it means that she will never be able to stay alone inside the house. Any damage caused by the pet is the responsibility of its owner. It is the responsibility of the tenant to prevent pets from leaving excrement or somehow dirty the house. In case this occurs, it is the responsibility exclusive of the tenant clean immediately, to maintain the conditions of hygiene. We are not responsible for illness, death or loss, etc. of the pet.
