Private Room and Private Bath in a home.

Room in a single family home with queen bed, FIOS TV, Wi-Fi, small refrigerator, microwave and private bath across the hall. We are 10 minutes from Dulles Airport and 15 minutes from Silver Line Metro Station. For everyone's protection, we are fully vaccinated and expect the same from our guests. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within 2 to 4 miles. Street parking in front of our home. Fairfax County requires that we collect a 7% occupancy tax on stays of less than 30 days. We back to a ravine. You are welcome to use our deck when weather permits to enjoy the trees, flowers and watch the wildlife. It is a great neighborhood for walking. We have minimal traffic because of a cul-de-sac at the end of our street. A coffee maker and coffee is available for your use in the kitchen. In nice weather, please feel free to use our deck. My husband and I are happy to help with anything you might need including recommendations for sight seeing, restaurants and shopping in the area. We are just 3 blocks off of Fairfax County Parkway, a major thoroughfare. Once you enter the neighborhood, it is very quiet and relaxing. We back to a big ravine, so we see deer, fox, wild turkeys and plenty of squirrels and birds. It is a great neighborhood to walk. There is a path through the woods about a mile walk from our home in the neighborhood that is great for walking in the nicer weather. It makes your walk a 2 mile circle. For restaurants, shopping and movie theaters: 1. Dulles International airport is 3.5 miles 2. Fair Oaks Mall: 6.4 miles 3. Reston Town Center: Also has ice skating rink in winter. 5 miles 4. Tyson's Corner Center and Tyson's Corner Galleria (the Galleria has high end boutiques): 16 miles 5. Leesburg Premium Outlet Mall: Outdoor mall - 20 miles
