Greentree Getaway

This property is located on a nice quiet street, 5 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh and 25 minutes from PIT Airport. This property is in close proximity to the famous Pittsburgh Strip District & Southside areas. You get an entire basic house here, with a normal "city" basement. Please note that the garage pictured at the end of the driveway is rented out separately, so you must keep access open to the larger garage. Air BnB renters have use of the driveway; no garages. You're renting out an entire house here, and for the price it is unbeatable! That being said, this space is as 'plain jane' as they come! Built in 1952, so it's your basic 2 story home. It is 100% liveable, clean, and up to date on all electrical and plumbing codes. If you're looking for a comfy bed, clean area, and full kitchen; this is the place for you! Also note that we do allow pets to stay here, so if there is a severe pet allergy in your party, this might not be the most comfortable place for you. Although deep cleaned after each stay, it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove pet hair & dander from every vent, nook & cranny in the house and we don't want any medical emergencies. Ground level finished basement with patio doors to a driveway, full laundry room with utility sink, full kitchen, open-concept living room/dining room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 full bathroom; with shower/tub combo. We do allow pets, just ask that you let us know beforehand. We also ask that you respect the property lines and make sure your dogs aren't going into the neighbors yards (we have had many complaints about this and are trying to appease everyone). The house is fully furnished but I currently do not live there. I am within a 20-minute drive and available if needed. House is situated on a quiet drive, plenty of driveway parking, large yard, quiet street, friendly neighbors and safe neighborhood. Plenty of driveway parking available. Nice, quiet street for a stroll; a starbucks, bagel shop, and beer distributor all within .5 mile. There is a garage on the property and that is also locked off. The garage is rented out separately to a couple guys w "summer" cars, so there will be times (especially in warmer weather) that they will be requesting access to get their cars in and out. there's plenty of room for 2+ cars to be parked in the driveway without block the entrance/pathway in and out to the large garage.. granted this is not always doable so there is a chance we will have to ask you to move vehicles. It is a 2 story home, but both levels have flat entrances if stairs pose a problem. The yard is NOT fenced in.
