Nestled in the foothills on 2+ private acres surrounded by nature with deer and wild turkeys wandering through yard. Only minutes to Apple Hill, Historic Placerville (Hangtown), & Folsom. Enjoy nearby wineries, restaurants, antique shops, casino. Nearby outdoor recreation ranging from gold panning in Coloma, fishing, hiking, river rafting, biking, kayaking, boating on Folsom Lake, Jenkinson lake, and Lake Natoma. Skiing inTahoe only an hour drive. Bike rentals less than 1 mile away. There is one step to the front porch. Small kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, pots and utensils. Fireplace. Cushy double electric recliners with usb ports on each side. TV, Netflix, dvd/bluray player, and wi-fi internet connection. Beautiful wood beams. Gorgeous views. We have security cameras on the front and back of cottage. Cameras are turned off once you arrive and check-in. There is one step to the front porch with no handrail. Guests have entire cottage. Private driveway. Yard, front porch, and back deck. We live next door and will be available for any questions but far enough away to not invade guests privacy. Deer and turkeys regularly wander around the yard. A car is a necessity. We are centrally located to everything California has to offer. No pets, smoking, parties, or extra people allowed. Maximum occupancy is two. We do not provide firewood. Firewood is available for purchase at the nearby Forklift grocery store. There are two steps to front porch with no handrails.
