You can enjoy the covered back porch with hot tub, a stone patio with fire-pit, while taking in the mountain foliage views! You can stay inside and enjoy either living room with fireplaces or the game room downstairs with options for the whole family! We welcome behaved four legged friends! IKON PASS: Sugarbush, Killington, Pico are ~20-30 miles away. There is a lot to enjoy on this 20 acre property sitting on the side of Bethel Mountain! If you truly want to escape reality and the hustle and bustle, this is the home for you! 20 Acres of serenity and peace but close enough to grocery stores, shopping, hiking trails and mountains like Killington, Pico and Sugarbush! There are walking trails on the property which lead you to a small mountain that is partially owned. This home captures multiple options for sleeping arrangements and separate living spaces so multiple groups can enjoy. The upstairs features a master bedroom suite with a king bed, pack n play, master bath with claw foot tub and 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twin beds with bathroom next door with shower/tub combo. The main level captures one of the living room spaces and 3rd bedroom with queen bed with shared bathroom next door with shower. The downstairs space features a wrap around couch with 1 pull out queen bed couch. There are 5 queen and 2 twin air mattresses. Around the corner is a game room with separate fridge, pool table, large size connect 4, kids game table, treadmill, spin bike, kettle bells, wii gaming system and multiple games can be played inside right by the covered back deck with a luxury hot tub. IKON PASS: Sugarbush, Killington, Pico *Fast fiber internet* and a standing desk for comfortable remote work. *Fully stocked kitchen* for those who like to cook meals for the crew! OUTDOOR LIVING: Front & Back deck with wrap around sectional, hot tub, gas grill, pond with fish, fire pit, outdoor games KITCHEN: Fully equipped, crock pots, blenders, coffee maker, teapot, toaster oven, stainless steel appliances, cooking basics & spices. Dining Table for 8, Island Seating for 3 and additional table and chairs upon request! With 2 fridges you won’t need to leave if you don’t want to! - We are observing Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Protocol to keep our guests as safe possible! -If the state shuts down just bring your own groceries and you are good to go on this serene & private property! WEATHER: Please note that we do not have control over weather conditions: tropical storms, winter storms, rain storms, wind storms, etc. When there is a power outage we can provide free wood so you can have heat in the home but there is not a generator at this home. Grills will still be usable for cooking as well, tin containers will be provided for free during these circumsatnces. Although it happens maybe once a year we like to give notice just in case. You will have full access to the home but no access to the garage space or mechanical space. I will not be available in person but available by message 6am-9pm. VAST trail is right down the street 30 minutes from Killington Resort, Pico Mountain 20 minutes to Woodstock 40 minutes to Sugarbush Resort 30 minutes to White River Junction 80 minutes to Burlington, VT Your own vehicle will be required, home is in the mountains. 4WD vehicle required in the winter time for driveway and NO access to garage allowed No smoking on premises, deposit will not be given back if found smoking anywhere No pets allowed unless the $250/weekend or $400/week/month pet fee has been paid, All pets must use the woods to go the bathroom, a path will be shoveled during the winter seasons Please put all sheets, towels, laundry in 1st Floor bathroom at end of stay Place trash and recyclables in respective cans at end of stay, we do get charged if recycling doesnt go int he recycling.
