I am a minimalist, so my home is clean, clutter free and cozy with everything you need. Guests have access to a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry room. I live on the other side of the duplex, so I am on site. Although, I am not home much of the time as I am very busy, but I am always available to reach by phone/text. The house is across the street from a quaint little bar that has some really great food. I’m not a huge fan of “bar food,” which is why I love the variety they offer. There is another small Mexican/Honduran restaurant across the street that I love. Just a couple blocks from a grocery store, pharmacy, and Starbucks coffee. The Metro transit bus line runs next to the house. Uber & Lyft are always easily accessible as well. Check out time is always at 11:00AM unless alternate accommodations are approved with the Host. When you come and go, please be sure the door to house gets shut all the way and is locked. Thank you.
