Relaxing room in East Aurora farmhouse

Enjoy a private room and bathroom on a scenic farm 10 min outside the village of East Aurora. This is a single room/bath in a shared home. I do live on site and may or may not be there during your stay. I am always available by phone with questions/concerns. Kitchen and porch are shared. Free off-street parking for up to two vehicles. The house sits on a very special 20 acres just outside East Aurora. It was built with pieces from an existing barn and became the first house on the street when it was finished in 1962. This is an old house. I hope to have all amenities to make your stay comfortable, but there is nothing ultra-modern about the space. Please let me know if there is anything you absolutely require and I will do my best to accommodate you. The kitchen is available to use, including the fridge/freezer. You are also free to enjoy the property to walk and/or ski when conditions are good. I have my own room and private bath upstairs, and while available if needed, completely respect your privacy. Since Covid I am working from home so I will likely be home during your stay. I am always available via phone for questions/concerns. East Aurora is a charming America village... from the famous Vidlers 5&10, to the historic marquee, to the original brick on Main St., we have a lot to offer. There are a number of restaurants and historic sites like the headquarters of Fisher Price, the house of Millard Fillmore, and of course, the Roycroft Campus.
