Single room with double bed, closet, sideboard for notebook, chair, and a brand new smart TV from LG! Large window with open view. Sunny. Single bathroom located outside the bedroom. I provide bed linen, duvet, pillows and bath towels and toilet paper. Soap and shampoo for the guest. There are several parking lots within 1 block of the condominium at very affordable prices. Several lines of buses and trains connected to the subway, which is 2 km from here. both the Barra Funda and Vila Madalena stations. I provide all bed linen, pillows, bath towels. Keys will be provided at check-in; No smoking or cooking is allowed, just heat the food, store it in the fridge or in the cupboards.
