Palo Seco is almost an island, as it is a secluded and private strip of land where on one side you have the beauty of the Pacific Ocean, and on the other you have the nature of the Parrita mangrove. Pool on premises and restaurants close to the house. (For rents over 10 days , electricity covers up to $100, 8 hours is about $10 dollars a days, over the $100 renters pays differenceelectricity bill is not included) This is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 baths home, with an outdoor swimming pool, granite countertops in the kitchen, wide open spaces, plenty of balcony upstairs and downstairs, parking space for at least 6 cars of more, green areas, palm trees, beach, nature! Because of it being far away from the town of Parrita, you will need a car to get to the property and go from it to other places such as the world famous Manuel Antonio National Park which is located in the town of Quepos, a few miles from the town of Parrita. I like to ensure that your stay meets all of your expectations and have a wonderful vacation time! There are few neighbours around the property, as it is a secluded area. However, you are surrounded by nature. You have the beach at just a few feet away. You need a car to get to the property or go from it to other places. Come, relax, and enjoy this little corner of the Earth waiting for you. We offer a food menu, available on pictures. The electric bill of the house is paid separately from rental by the guest during his/her stay. I also request a returnable cash security deposit of $300 for stays of 3 to 7 days and a security deposit of $500 for one month. I will return the cash deposit on the day of check out.
