Conveniently located in Corduroy Subdivision, a new residential area, our home is located minutes away from the Exploits Valley Mall, grocery stores, major banks, and various restaurants. Only steps away from our front door is the Corduroy Brook Trail, a relaxing wilderness experience for all ages and abilities. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and a comfortable, convenient and relaxing stay. Guests have the whole apartment to enjoy as well as a small deck area. Also included is private parking for two + cars in single file. Guests may use all spaces in the apartment.
