Miami Vice Two is a spacious two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom oceanfront property, located on the beautiful and serene Sapodilla Bay in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Miami Vice Two has a large private swimming pool with lots of room to float around or soak up the sun on the pool loungers (included). There are also 2 sea kayaks and 2 paddleboards included in your rental! (shared with the neighbor, Miami Vice One -the one-bedroom equivalent). Enjoy the beautiful ocean views through the wall to wall, sliding glass doors on the lower floor, or soak in the luxurious large tub and see the views from the elevated second-floor bedrooms. With equal master bedrooms, each with king-size beds, this vacation rental villa is perfect for two couples or a family of four. It's just a 2-minute walk to Sapodilla Bay Beach, one of the nicest beaches on the island, or a short swim along the calm waist-deep crystal clear waters of Sapodilla Bay. The large, fully furnished kitchen has plenty of cooking supplies to create whatever culinary desires you have! Enjoy your freshly caught fish on the gas BBQ grill included with the villa! ** Notes: • All of our properties are offered with double occupancy (2 per bedroom). This includes children and babies of all ages. • A cleaning fee of $285.00 is in addition to the advertised rate. • Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday to Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel and we will see if we can make it happen! • AC is metered in order to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given the first $200 per week of AC cost at no charge; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in. COVID Policies Update: • Credit policy: In the event that the island is closed to international travel or there is a mandatory quarantine in place upon arrival at PLS, TC Villas will issue 100% credit to be used at the same villa within 12 months.
