Familiar and quiet environment! We praise for comfort and privacy for our guests, and we drive our efforts to offer a cozy, discrete and good looking place for you to enjoy the most of your stay. Our house is clean, wide and green, just a few meters from the beach. Welcome! Our place is pleasant, calm and safe. We do care about our safety and comfort, and by such we offer rooms decorated with love and attention. We're close to many places like bakerys, markets, beach, bus stops. banks, university, and we're just a few minutes from very lively bars and restaurants. Our guests can and should enjoy all of our humble facilities: our beautiful pool, hammock, garden, barbecue area, TV room, dining room and a fully-equiped kitchen! I love to socialize and interact with guests but we also praise for respect and privacy. We're open and welcoming for any culture and procedence, i do love and respect travelers and their stories. We don't discriminalize people for absolutely no standard, you are all welcome in our place and everybody will be equally respected and well-taken-care-of! This is a great neighborhood with private security, lots of open areas for practicing sports although the hood is quiet and very residencial. We are just some 250 ft from the beach and there are plenty of services around like banks, restaurants, college and such. We're real close to many of the most important bus lines in town, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 from the bus terminal, it's real convenient! You can also park your car just in front of our house with no problem at all. The only thing is that you might no want to leave never ever!
