It is a single house with 2 floors has 10 bedrooms 8 bathrooms subdivided in 4 apartments Price indicated is for 16 to 20 adults, over 20 guests, 50 dollars will be applied per person and per night, Please call owner Right on the beach, you will enjoy a gourmet Kitchen, rooftop for private parties plus a 10 miles long beach. We are located 20mn from famous wine area called Valle de Guadalupe. Built on our own private Beach, surrounded by a Marina, coves with mountains in the background and the 10 miles long beach right in the house front The House comprises 4 apartments. BELLA VISTA - 4 bedrooms on the upper street floor(beach front) PALOMA - 2 bedrooms on beach level(beachfront) GAVIOTA - 2 bedrooms on beach level(beachfront) GARDEN - 2 bedrooms on beach level (building back) each with its proper living room and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for special occasions. family reunions, weddings, etc.. we charge for the whole property weekend day $1,200 dollars and 800 dollars for weekdays for up to 20 adults over 20 guests a 50 dollars extra per person and per night over 20 guests, please call the owner The property is managed by our Resident property Managers (Alex and Ana) that will cater to your every need, catering, rental toys, driving to bars and restaurants, or a golf course at BAJAMAR just 1 mile away. Our property is especially in demand for special gatherings such as family reunions, weddings, etc ALSO FOR ITS PROXIMITY WITH VALLE DE GUADALUPE. famous wine tasting and restaurants. The beach is right by your front door, you can do many sports, Golf, course ia a mile away, swimming, flying, horse riding, fishing, pick up clams or mussels, boating or have long walk on the 10 miles long sandy beach. As a group the guest can access all facilities, except on rare occasions we do rent to different small groups at the same time, the whole building including the large rooftop is at your disposition. Our uncovered Parking spaces are in front of the building or street parking. For a small fee our concierges Alex and Ana will provide an array of different services. cooking, cleaning, driving, etc, as they reside in the property they are available in person at your service 24 hours a day. Our Resident concierges Alex and Ana will see to answer your questions, show you around, give you advise or upon request will organise field trips, food catering, BBQ's. etc.. This area is very calm and relaxing, also many restaurants can be found withing 5 to 10 mn range. Our area is also well known for the wine making area called Valle de Guadaloupe ( 20 mn inland trip) the best way to reach us is by car, follow the main expressway and take an exit at the72-- 73-kilometer mark, a community called La Salina, look for and enter Puerto Salina we are right on the right next to the tall 6 story building on the beach.
