Minors must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them (see house rules). *Adult Lounge - Pool Table Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 am. (alcoholic beverages are not allowed). * Rooftop Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 pm. from Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays. It’s the only area in the building where smoking is allowed. The use of the grill is subject to availability and has a cost per reservation (cleaning). In case you bring a car, remember that we have courtesy parking. You can also get around by: bicycle, taxi, uber and public transport. Other Things to Note: * We have several identical units in this category so the views and floors may vary. For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to register (they may be requested before arrival to speed up the process). * Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment (except for the rooftop). You will be fined if you break this rule. * In case of possible incidents, an extra charge of 300 USD will be applied. * We’re pet friendly, but a $200 deposit may be charged to cover any incidents. We'll send you all the info about the property and the process of self check-in, as well as the code for the door’s apt and the internet access via message.
