Short 10 minute drive to Sao Paulo Expo. The apartment is nicely decorated and has all necessary appliances for a convenient stay. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, food and other amenities within short walking distance. The condominium has many amenities that can be used by guests, which will amplify the limited space of the apartment. A lounge located on the 3rd floor is a perfect location to welcome friends or even to have a business meeting. There are sofas, tables, a complete kitchen that can be used, pool table. The gym and outdoor pool are also on the 3rd floor. The whole condominium is accessible to guests. There's also a few bikes available, ask for the bikes at the reception (note: the doormen usually will not speak English - if you need help with that, please do not hesitate to contact me) Guests are welcome to contact me by mobile or through the app anytime. There's someone in São Paulo which may give support, in cases of emergencies. The neighbourhood is a medium class residential area in Sao Paulo, considered to be a safe neighbourhood, but bear in mind that you are visiting a very large city (over 12 million inhabitants), so be cautious when walking around.
