Cozy house in Rio Dulce

Welcome to Rio Dulce! A river running from Lake Izabal to the Caribbean, in eastern Guatemala. The river itself is marvelous, with amazing flora, fauna and tall cliffs. In the area, there are many interesting sites, among them: Livingston, an interesting town populated by the Garifuna people. Our house is located in this paradise. It is inside a condo with security, near of San Felipe Castle. It has a swiming pool, it is fully equipped. It has capacity to accommodate up to 16 people. The location of our house is unique. It is close to many tourist sites and attractions. There is a housekeeper who is going to welcome you. He is to be on-call if you need further assistance o have questions. Rio Dulce is an intermediate point between Guatemala City and Petén. There are several attractions and tourist sites near the condo where our house is located. The house has parking space for 4-5 vehicles During the rainy season, there are strong rainstorms that can affect the electricity service provided by a public company. Four of the rooms are inside the house, where 12 people can be accommodated. There is air conditioning in the rooms. In the living room, dining room and kitchen there are fans. Inside the house there are 1.5 bathrooms. In addition, there are two bungalows outside the house. Each one with its own bathroom and capacity for 4 more people (total 16 people can sleep comfortably in our property).
