The villa is conveniently located on a fully paved road (Route 108/Costanzo Road) which is immediately accessible within .3 miles to the island's main road (Rt. 10/Centerline Road) that stretches east to west across St. John. If you know St. John, you’ll appreciate EASY parking and access to your vacation cottage that our property offers. LUXURIOUS ACCOMMODATIONS. Your private cottage offers 750 interior square feet and 320 exterior square feet with a well-appointed eat-in kitchen*, relaxing living room with smart TV with WiFi for streaming video, expansive view from the king size bed in your master bedroom suite, and lavish bathroom features including rainfall shower head. Step outside your bedroom or living room doors to enjoy the sights and tradewinds of the Caribbean. Spend the morning soaking up the sunrise with your coffee as you overlook unobstructed, east-facing water and island views. Relax in the afternoon shade watching the colors of the setting sky as you cook dinner on the Weber gas BBQ grill. End your evening kicking back and gazing at the stars. Your panoramic deck sits 500 feet above sea level facing the refreshing trade winds overlooking Coral Bay, Tortola and Norman Island of the BVIs, and down island at the Sir Francis Drake Channel towards the Baths of Virgin Gorda and Spanish Town. MINUTES AWAY. All the popular beaches such as Maho Bay, Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay are within a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Cruz Bay is 25 minutes away. Hikes at popular Reef Bay and Ram's Head are within 10 minutes. Popular Coral Bay restaurants and two grocery stores are at the bottom of the hill. THE VILLA: This villa is a house with two independent units (an upstairs penthouse unit/apartment, and a downstairs unit/apartment). Each unit is complete with its own entrance, full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, panoramic deck, BBQ, designated parking space, etc. (there are no shared living spaces or amenities, with the exception of shared parking lot and exterior stairs). The unit in this listing is the top floor with high ceilings and a bird’s eye view. We are on site at the separate bottom unit/apartment. 'Shared' space on this listing indicates that there is more than one unit on the property which share the parking and exterior stairs. There are no shared decks, interior living spaces, or other amenities. No pull-out/rollaway/extra beds available. Host/property manager may be staying at the Accommodation in the separate/not shared, fully-independent unit and may be able to help if needed with any questions or recommendations. BEACH ESSENTIALS provided for this listing include: towels; 2 chairs; 1 cooler; 1 30-can backpack cooler with ice packs; 2 pool noodle floats; 2 full-face snorkel masks (1 medium; 1 large). No umbrella - to help protect turtle eggs that might be in the sand. CHECK-IN is at 10:00 am and CHECK-OUT is 3:00 pm to allow for appropriate cleaning. On the day of Check-In, we will notify you if the unit is available before 3pm. If you would like to request early check-in or late check-out, please give us 24-hours prior notice of either check-in or check-out to see if we can accommodate your request. TOWEL REPLENISHMENT: Guests staying 7 nights or more may request a mid-stay replenishment of towels (for bath, kitchen, and beach). LAUNDRY: Washer or Dryer amenities indicated in this rental unit means that any laundry service (other than the mid-stay replenishment of towels) is offered by property management/host, and there may be a fee at $20/load. CLEANING BEFORE CHECKOUT: means that there is no daily maid service, unless selected at the time of booking; however, for stays of more than 14 nights, we will offer complimentary cleaning of the unit (which includes dusting, floors, bathrooms, linen service, etc.) at a time(s) arranged between guest and host. RENTAL JEEP: Book rental Jeep early, as demand is high. A rental vehicle is needed to get around the island, selecting a vehicle with 4-wheel drive is HIGHLY recommended for traveling mountain roads throughout the island. Roads on St. John can be described as steep, curvy and/or rough throughout the island. Uber and Lyft do not exist here so your own Jeep is recommended. FOR CLARIFICATION, since most beaches, hikes, restaurants, stores, attractions, etc. in St. John are not accessible within easy or quick walking distance from a vast majority or vacation rentals, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for exploring St. John. Signed rental agreement of house rules required.
