Kitchen with counter, shelving, sink, refrigerator, two burner cook top, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and cooking pans and utensils. Bedroom with queen size bed, shelves/pole/safe, and air conditioning. Bathroom has sink, toilet, shower and towels. Restaurants within easy walking distance. I love to walk down the beach sloshing in the warm ocean water, eat at a restaurant like the Pelicano and walk back. Many more restaurants, groceries and other shopping within a longer walk or easy drive. Larger shopping areas within 20 minute drive. Ceviche and ice cones available daily at the beach. Occasionally vendors sell fruits and eggs in the neighborhood. Playa Bejuco rated by Costa Rica government as a Blue Flag beach meeting various requirements for cleanliness, safety, access. Many birds, iguanas, crabs, frogs share the property. Sloths are often seen in the trees on the property. Sea turtles and wales are seen on the beach. A dedicated public transportation enthusiast can talk public buses everywhere . . . takes planing and time. Most people rent a car. We can advise on reputable car renting location near the airport (some are not). We have four units: Beachfront Ocean unit (1 bedroom with King bed), Beachfront Sand Unit (1 bedroom with Queen bed), Beachfront Palm Unit (1 bedroom with queen bed), Beachfront Sky Unit (2 bedroom king beds and two twins that can be made into a king bed). High season (December through April) has higher rates. Peak season (Christmas and Easter) has even higher rates.
