Dismount at Concho Villa. Fun and luxury for your Zion National Park stay! Western 1950s retro-chic studio. Comfortable studio apartment with private entry in downtown Springdale. The studio's balcony gives some of the best views of Zion Canyon: Across the street, The Watchman; To the rear, The West Temple; To the West, Eagle's Crag; To the North, Zion Canyon. One mile to the park entrance. Shuttle service is directly outside the door. This is an upstairs apartment. PARKING: Coming from the South, parking is the 2nd driveway on the property just north of store building, next to Gifford Park Dr. We are the gravel driveway. Follow the drive loop around to the left and park in either of the end marked slots. The apartment is to the left through the arched gate and up the stairs. If it is dark, there are stair lights with a switch at the bottom left of the stairs. Look at the picture showing the driveway in the images. My son and I are on the premises and enjoy interacting with our guests if you so choose to. The town of Springdale offers a village atmosphere with great restaurants and shopping nearby. There is a local grocery store call Sol Foods just a short walk away where you can purchase needed items. Right next door is our favorite restaurant, The Bit and Spur Saloon, where they serve a delicious southwest grill style cuisine with a great bar to get a nice cocktail or two. Getting around is easy with the town shuttle stop directly across the street from the rental. It is free and takes you to the park entrance where you can take the park shuttle loop into the trail heads like Angel's Landing, The Narrow, The Emerald Pools and Observation Point. Or you can drive your own vehicle through to the East Side of the Park or North West side of the Park that takes you to Kolob reservoir. Kolob is a hidden gem that not many people know about. There are amazing trail heads there as well. Cleaning is done once per stay. Extra sheets and towels can be provided free upon request.
