The unit is conveniently located to discover the chic and affluent neighborhoods of Jardins, Pinheiros & Vila Madalena. This studio apartment is located on the 15th floor of a typical residential building in Pinheiros, one of the safest neighborhoods in Sao Paulo. Very close to Vila Madalena neighborhood, Rebouças Convention Center and Hospital das Clinicas. The building amenities include pool, laundry, gym, sauna, meeting area and 24/7 doorman service, what makes it very safe. It has one double bed for 2 ppl + 1 double sofa-bed, what makes the apartment perfect to accommodate 3 ppl. Advantages: central location,many forms of transportation (bus and metro), gym, sauna, laundry services in the building, great rooftop view (must request access keys to doorman to visit it for pictures) and it has a 25m pool! No smoking in the apartment! You will be given a key code to the electronic-digital lock to the apartment. Upon arrival you just need to proceed to the apartment Your check in is after 2 PM, anything before that can and needs to be coordinated prior to your arrival. We will be glad to accommodate an early check in if that is possible. That doesn't depend on us only though. We keep in touch through whatsapp and email mainly. This is a private apartment, that means there will be no other person with you in the apartment. We will be glad to help you during your stay in the city. =) We often do invite some of our hosts to hang out with us and experience more local spots Just a walking distance to Clinica's subway station and a short walk to the vibrant and bohemian night life at Vila Madalena. Also walking distance to Rebouças convetion center, Clinicas Hospital and USP Medicine School. São Paulo is known as the Brazilian capital of art and gastronomy. At the neighborhood you can also appreciate the best of regional foods and a variety of international culinary: Japanese, American, Italian, Moroccan, Arabian, Chinese, Mexican, French, Chilean, Thai and many veggie options. There are lots of things to do! Praca Benedito Calixto is right off at our door. Our entrance leads to Benedito's square. I recommend stopping by on saturday's, its flea market has a lot of traditional Brazilian food Jazz nos fundos is also nearby and a good option for a night fun filled with drinks and music. Rua Oscar Freire is also a short 5 mins walk away, with alternative stores such as Cotton Project and all the main stream brands. The apartment is located between the two main parks of the city: Parque Vila Lobos (4 km) and Parque Ibirapuera (3 km). Avenida Paulista (1.5 km) is also an easy access from our door, you can either take the cab from the cab station in our street, or walk to Rebouças and pick the first bus heading towards downtown (5 minutes ride) or walk to the a subway station (Clinicas) only 950 meters away, one subway stop and you get to Paulista Avenue Nice bakeries/boulangeries, coffee and tea spots are within a walking reach as well: Frans Cafe AJ Padaria Arturito Lar mar The region is very central, what means it has a lot of public transportation (buses and subway) and also many taxicabs circulate all over the area 24/7. Just a short walk to Clinicas subway station, Oscar Freire and Fradique's subway station. Sao Paulo at your feet. Sao Paulo will be all yours to discover. We do offer a recommended taxi driver/car services to pick you up and take you to the airport paid directly to the driver Our check in / out is very easy, but please notice that the usual time of check in is after 14:00/2PM and check out before 11:30/Noonish. If you need another time, just ask me and I will try to accommodate it, if possible. Price includes: clean towels & bedsheets, all current expenses (electricity, water, gas), wireless hi speed internet connection ( 40 mbps is being installed from oct1st to oct 7th), full-equipped kitchenette with stove, fridge and microwave oven, access to the pool, TV, laundry services.
