We provide Airport pick up and beach chair rental. Long term guest must inform me the total number of guest at booking. Guest joining after confirmation will be charged a few of $25.00 per person. Property description This beautiful, fully furnished & decorated 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Villa is situated in a private, quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes drive to beaches, restaurants, casinos, shopping and golf course. The villa has a large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, automatic ice maker and granite counter tops. The newly renovated bathrooms are equipped with hansgrohe fixers. The villa has air condition in all rooms with ceiling fans as an option. Cathedral ceiling in all rooms with modern contemporary furnishings and is tastefully decorated. The large front entrance door allows for daytime privacy. You can see out but no one can see inside. Large living space in all rooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third with a double. For dining purposes their are bar stools at the counter one dining table in kitchen and formal dining table in the living room. There is a large Jacuzzi which is equipped with hydrotherapy jets great for therapeutic massages and seats 8, great for cocktails after your swim at the beach or as therapy for troublesome aches and pains. TV in living room and all bedrooms. Lots of closet space, sheets and towels for the beach. Outdoor patio and lounge chairs at the Jacuzzi for your relaxation. New state of the art BBQ center for all your grilling needs. We do not accept group of teens or anyone under 24 years of age unless accompanied by older family members. We recommend and secure the best price for car or jeep rental on the island, and also rental car or jeep can be delivered to the villa for your convenience and drop off at the airport at the end of your stay. Palm Court Oasis has hot running water in all rooms for added comfort. Utilities are included in your rental price of up to $105.00 on weekly rental This amount is more than enough for a week of water and air condition if not left on while you are away from the villa. Electricity cost monthly range from Aflorin 175 to 225 Water from Aflorin 122 to 180 Guest generally do not pay any extra if utilities are not abused. Please conserve. There are beach chairs for a small rental fee of $10.00 per week or you can rent at the beach for $5.00 per day. We provide a cooler for the beach. Wifi is $15.00 per week. A security safe for all your valuables is also provided. Sit back and relax and enjoy the peace and serenity the villa offers. NB. Only guest booked can sleep over. Each additional guest $30.00 per night We are just a phone call away. The entire property The property manager receive guest and give a full orientation of the property. There is a house manual provided that gives detail information on island activities. Doctor, Dentist, Church, Pharmacy, Hospital etc. Property manager is also available for unseen and unexpected emergency. This is a private residential, quiet and peacful neighbourhood. Threr is no through trafic. Only resident, visitors and commercial traffic come through the neighbourhood. Yet it is only 5 min drive to most major attractions on the island. A rental car or jeep is best. The island is small so everywhere is close. You may only need to fill up once. Our villa is 5 minutes to South Beach where you find some of the best restaurants on the island, shopping, casinos, nightlife, golf and more. Palm and Eagle Beach are also just minutes away.. The villa is 4 mins walk to the nearest supermarket. The Alto Vista Chapel and the Famous Santa Anna Church is in walking distance or a short driv e from the villa.
