Marigot Grande is located on the highest point on the southern side of the bay. The architecture is a fusion of our local Creole & French heritage. High ceilings and balconies overlook the entire bay! This three bedroom villa features large bedrooms fully air conditioned with ensuite baths. There is a 50ft pool with a panoramic deck overlooking Marigot Bay and the Caribbean Sea. You’ll love my place because the location, the views, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples and families. This is a 3 bedroom house built in a French Creole colonial style with high ceiling and wrap around balconies that open up to the Caribbean Sea and an amazing view of Marigot Bay. We designed a complete kitchen ready for any gourmet meal. The living area is spacious with beautiful rattan furniture. There are ceiling fans and fresh trade wind breezes that makes for a pleasant atmosphere. Outside there is a dining table on the balcony overlooking the Marigot Bay Sandspit and the yachts arriving and departing the bay. Outside there is a garden with tropical plants from all around the island. There is a 50ft swimming pool on property with a wrap around deck, the perfect place to enjoy a lovely Caribbean sunset. There is parking on property. Rental cars, water taxis and land taxis can easily be arranged. There are many tours and attractions on the island as well as water excursions easy accessible from the bay. The marina village is only a few minutes away and many waterside restaurants. Marigot Bay is a quaint bayside community that is comprised of local and ex pats and have created a special atmosphere making Marigot Bay a very special neighborhood. Walking and hiking are very popular. There is parking on property. Rental cars, water taxi and land taxis are available and easily accessible. Many of our guests take nice walks down to the bay or the beach. We suggest a rental car during your stay. We have a waterside restaurant located waterside at Marigot Bay called Chateau Mygo.
