House has a 24/7 security/caretaker/concierge who will welcome guests on arrival. Property is close to the fishing village of Masachapa where you can find the fresh catch-of-the-day every morning, grocery stores (pulperias), restaurants, rentals of ATVs, and horses. There is also a full service supermarket in the nearby town of San Rafael del Sur 15 minutes away. Also a casino, disco and nightly entertainment shows are available 500 mts. for a fee. Energy meter is read upon arrival and departure and any additional wattage above the 30 kw per night included will be charged at US$0.50 per kw to be deducted from the deposit. The included 30 kw per night will suffice to cover usage of the 3 A/C units for 10 hours per night. This is done to avoid over usage of A/C all day in order to keep our rental fees low and to promote a responsible energy use.
