The Loft on N 6th Street is a completely remodeled space just minutes from everything! Located in beautiful downtown, we have many amenities a short walk or drive away. Our space is wonderfully decorated and stocked with any necessities you'll need for your stay. Our loft is located above our real estate office stop in and say hello or talk real estate with one of our experts! You won't find a nicer place to stay in Murray! PETS ARE ALLOWED with a pet fee, please see "other things to note"! Our space is a Loft apartment located above our office space (SBG Real Property Professionals, LLC). Our Loft has a private entrance and is accessible by an indoor staircase. This space is located above our real estate office, it has a private entrance to a foyer with stair access to the loft. Keypad entry. Our Loft is located in Downtown Murray above our Real Estate office, SBG Real Property Professionals, LLC. We offer Real Estate brokerage, Appraisals, and Property Management. If you are interested in anything Real Estate in Murray, stop by any weekday from 8-5 and one of our staff is here to help! Your stay will be completely private and you will have your own seperate entrance and parking. Our employees park behind the building. Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee! The Loft on 6th is located in Downtown Murray, KY. In the spring/summer/fall, the Loft is a block away from the court square where you will find our farmer's market on Saturday mornings. We are also located a block from Mugsy's Hideout, one of our favorite restaurants. We are a few blocks from our favorite coffee shop, Shaffer Coffee on 4th Street. Try out Tribe Fitness during your stay, also located on 4th St. Our downtown activities and public library are a short walk, campus is walk-able as well, probably ten to fifteen minutes. Queen air mattress available if additional guests are necessary. PETS ARE ALLOWED with an additional pet fee. Max of 2 pets allowed. There is a $50 flat rate fee for bringing pets.. this will be charged when you click the amount of pets in your stay. If we find that a pet stayed in the Loft without our knowledge, there will be a $100 fee for clean-up unless otherwise noted. PLEASE mark how many pets you are bringing on the guests section.
