NEW for 2021 Air Conditioning! Lakefront dream with Saratoga Style. Including Kayaks, Canoe, Rowboat, 80' Dock for your boat with prior approval. If you are looking for a party spot this house is NOT for you. Saracatoga is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood and loud parties and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Unfortunately we can no longer host groups of singles. Please don't ask. Tastefully decorated post and beam with killer views multiple levels of outdoor enjoyment and dock for lake access. Whole house except for a few locked storage closets. Owners personal Power Boat and Jet Ski are off limits! Quiet road great for walking or bike riding.
