Lewis' Lookout Suite - Katy Trail B & B

The Lewis' Lookout Suite formerly know as the Carriage House, is a great room for families or groups of friends. This large, 22′ x 29′ upper story room has hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and a private bath. It can sleep up to 9 guests. This room features 3 queen beds, one twin bed, one futon, cable TV and WiFi. The room has a dining area, sitting area, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and is supplied with oatmeal, granoal bars, coffee and more! It is located by walking up the steps to the spacious 14′ x 20′ deck iwth fa view overlooking the Katy Trail. It is located above the Clark's Suite. Room rate is based on double occupancy with $20 per person over 8 years old. The Lewis' Lookout Suite is a great room for families or groups of friends. or for a spacious getaway for two. Lewis' Lookout Suite has three queen-size beds, one full-size futons and one twin bed. There is a spacious deck has a great view of the Katy Trail and our property. There is also a seating/dining area, cable TV, a small refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. There is a full bath with shower (no tub). It is fully air-conditioned and has two ceiling fans. Guests have access to the fully stocked kitchen and may use the BBQ grill, cable television, wifi, refrigerator, shower, fire pit, indoor secure bike storage and laundry. We have a "Self Check In." We live a few blocks away, offering our guests maximum privacy and solitude at our B & B.
