Yes, the pool is private! Located cliff-side above Mar Chiquita beach, you will enjoy amazing views, exquisite sunrises and sunsets, peaceful sounds of the ocean and a refreshing saltwater pool. Afternoon or evening BBQs are easy and fun in the outdoor kitchen area, as well as relaxing in the comfortable hammocks. ***SEE PUERTO RICO COVID RESTRICTIONS LISTED BELOW*** This property has one of the most incredible views on the island. Pictures do not do it justice. The pool is amazing as well. The king-sized bed is super comfy, and the apartment stays very cool even in the heat of the summer. The dogs are so cute and friendly too. Come relax and unwind! Guests will enjoy all aspects of the downstairs, including the apartment, terrace, pool, seating areas, hammocks, lounge chairs and outdoor kitchen. We live on the property, but try not to socialize too much with our guests. We want you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this unique paradise! The dogs are friendly so you will see them more often, unless you prefer we keep them away. Located at the end of a dead-end street, there is very little traffic, which makes for an extremely quiet and peaceful stay. The beach is walking distance, three-quarters of a mile down the road. We are directly above the beach, but on a cliff, so you have to walk or drive. There is a grocery store about a mile away for your convenience. Costa Azul (Puerto Rican cuisine), Pan Pan (pizza) and a yummy food truck lot are nearby and favorites of ours! You will need a car to get here: taxi, Uber or rental.
