Welcome to life on the beach! Come and stay in our beautiful oceanfront 2 bedroom home. Our home is spacious, with Cable TV and WiFi, peaceful and secluded, with spectacular ocean views. You will also enjoy relaxing in our oceanfront private patio with BBQ and deck. We are located in an exclusive, private community only steps from the famous and breathtaking Mar Chiquita Beach. Paradise! My home is spacious, comfortable, sunny, and the views of the ocean from every angle in the apartment are unparalleled! Master bedroom with Queen size bed, walking closet, master bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Second bedroom with one Full bed and one Twin size bed, closet, floor and air conditioning and ceiling fan. Second bathroom in the hallway. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, cutlery, glassware, plates, toaster, coffee maker, frying pans, and ceiling fan. Also, four bar stools. The living room is spacious and comfortable. It has a brand new futon sofa that turns into a full size bed, and a love seat sofa. There is also air conditioner and a ceiling fan. There is a dining room table and the balcony is spacious with four high chairs and a high table where you will enjoy your morning coffee in front of spectacular ocean views from every angle. The apartment includes the use of the garage space where there is a small third bathroom which is perfect for use when coming from the beach and the pool. Also in the garage you will find BodyBoards, water goggles, 2 beach chairs and 3 comfortable outdoor chairs. In the garage you will also find the washer and dryer. Our home is the only one in the complex that has a water reserve. Pool, beach, private outdoor patio with a stone BBQ and outdoor shower. Also, outside deck area with steps leading to the beach. Check in from 4pm to 7pm is personally managed by Valerie, her cell number is (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) She will contact you to confirm time of your arrival and will personally greet you and give keys and beeper for main gate. *After 7pm is self check in via lockbox. There is a locally owned convenience store just 5 mins away, that sells everything you need for your stay, including fresh local fruits and vegetables. There are gas stations just 10 mins away in the main highway. Also, there are several shopping centers and a Walmart Supercenter 10 mins away in the main highway. There is a Hospital called Doctor’s Center Hospital with an Emergency Room less than 10 min away. A rental car is needed for your stay. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: From 4pm to 7pm Valerie will be personally processing the check in. She will contact you to coordinate time of arrival and give you the keys and beeper for the unit and gate. After 7pm is Self Check In via lockbox. Instructions will be forwarded. if you need different timing, please let us know in advance, and if we are able to accommodate you, we definitely will. Regular check-out time is at 11:00am. If you need to leave EARLIER please let us know when you check-in in order to make the necessary adjustments and we will be happy to accommodate you. No check out after 11am allowed.
