Open the french doors from your sleeping area to a beautiful private deck with plenty of outdoor living space. Our sweet little guesthouse is a one-mile drive, bike, or walk to Historic Downtown DeLand. This is a new renovation with all the modern conveniences you'll need to relax and unwind. Cook a little something in the kitchenette and dine on the private deck surrounded by nature. All comforts are provided such as wi-fi, climate control, linens, toiletries, and privacy. Guests have access to guesthouse, private deck, and fenced-in back yard. Two parking spaces are available. Please inquire if you need special parking for an RV or boat. We respect or guests' privacy, but will be available if needed. We do live on the property and share a driveway so we may bump into each other sometimes. Our neighborhood is a small one, we are one of 4 houses on our immediate street. Our location is one of our best features!
