Ü Luxury living at an affordable price

This is a luxury studio at an affordable price for both business and pleasure travelers. This is a very nice apartment located in a brand-new building, at Rohrmoser, probably the safest area in San José. You will be in a 5th floor with a nice view. Due to Covid-19 access to some ammenities is based on reservations and availability. So far, we have been able to book everything requested. During March one of my neighbors decided to change the floor of his apartment, so there is noise at day. My name is Franklin, from Costa Rica. I have lived in 6 countries and of course I like to travel very often. I enjoy traveling, making new friends, learning languages, movies, reading, writing, going out with family and friends. I live in the same neighborhood, so I will do my best to help you having a nice stay in San Jose and in Costa Rica. You will have 24x7 access to the apartment since there is a lobby in the building with people that can assist you in case you need. Depending on your arrival time I will be there to greet you and welcome you to the neighborhood. I will always be available for contact. Rohrmoser is one of the nicest, safest neighborhoods in San Jose. The studio is one block away from Rohrmoser Boulevard, where you will find restaurants, stores, bars and Plaza Mayor (5 blocks from the apartment) with super markets for daily shopping. In a 5-minute walk you will be at La Sabana, the biggest park in San Jose for sports and recreation. There you will have the National Stadium, plenty of spaces to walk, run, and play sports. There are plenty of restaurants around La Sabana too. Multiplaza Escazu is 15 minutes from the studio, ideal for shopping for exclusive brands. Avenida Escazu is right next to Multiplaza, with some of the best restaurants in San Jose. Two blocks from the apartment you will have a bus stop with different bus lines to go to San Jose downtown, which is 15 minutes from the studio, by car. Uber is safe and practical. Due to Coronavirus, the building has stated a protocol to make the reservations of some ammenities (Sky Deck, gym, pool) so they are available based on availability. Also, you have to wear a mask all the time.
