I own a catering business for a living and love good company. New house with 3 guest rooms with comfortable beds. Walking distance to the Virginia Tech football stadium. Bed & Breakfast to all guests. Come be a guest in my spin class at The Weight Club. I am at the home when guests stay to be of help and to provide full attention. I have 3 separate rooms on your own private floor. Each room is separate one with queen bed, 1 with full bed and 1 with a full bed. 2,058 Sq FT. Open layout. Warm and welcoming. Own 2 cats who live on the porch. I host the use of a private floor with 3 bedrooms. Share large bath. Can sleep 5 comfortably. Enjoy a gourmet breakfast in the morning, homemade fudge at your bedside and enjoy an outdoor fire pit and lovely scenery. Guests can use the family room and are provided with water and chocolates at bed time and breakfast in the morning. I also enjoy providing a guided tour of the town of Blacksburg and Virginia Tech University. So many families enjoy seeing all the different highlights of our campus. Guests can also come take my spin class if you like. I will be in and out of the house, but i am more than happy to give you and your family a tour of Blacksburg and Virginia Tech! I also can have you be my guest and take my spin class at the fitness center I teach at. I cook a homemade breakfast for you. It's a quaint neighborhood, located just blocks away from Virginia Tech. Family-oriented neighborhood and a short walk to downtown Blacksburg. I do give my guests tours of the University and town if you wish. Parking is available on my street. Walkable to all of the local attractions. No smokers please. Must not be allergic to cats. You can smoke on the porch.
