YOU'LL FEEL PAMPERED We've recently furnished this gorgeous home with new furniture & creative, international art. Large comfortable living room with electric recliner, huge couch and 2-person bean bag! Two beds, each w/ their own bath! Less than 1 mile to downtown w/ fab restaurants, shops, wine bars & breweries. Close to Hwy 101, SMART Train, San Anselmo, Fairfax, Corte Madera, Petaluma. Easy access to San Francisco & Wine Country! Two blks to historic Gerstle Park trails for hiking. PRIVATE, BRIGHT & CENTRAL. Quiet neighborhood. Living room has brand new 50” LG TV, Roku & comfy seating for six, including a 2-person microsuede bean bag, leather couch and an electric lounger chair to relax. Large Eat-in Kitchen is recently updated with stainless appliances including LG frig, Fisher Paykel stove, Bosch dw, NEW cookware & seating for six. Enjoy peaceful views of hills, rooftops & trees! Two bedrms (both with Queen beds), each have their own Bathrooms!!! Living room has sofa with a Queen bed. All new bedding & towels! Not suitable for babies or small children. Code for front door will be given one week before stay. Host usually meets to greet. IN RESPONSE TO COVID19, WE ARE DEEP CLEANING AFTER EVERY GUEST. Bleach and alcohol will be used after every stay, all bedding cleaned and and bathrooms completely wiped down. We have removed throw blankets and decorative pillows. We are international travelers and know what you need to feel at home. We live on site (separately, you'll have complete privacy), and we are here to welcome you and answer any questions! We know a lot about San Francisco, Marin and Wine Country/Sonoma! Gerstle Park is the oldest neighborhood in Marin County! During the Gold Rush, the City flourished, building downtown Fourth Street out of necessity. Now, we are a stone's throw from this colorful, eccentric town and can enjoy our quiet, peaceful home but are close to the action. We are about a mile from the main San Rafael Transit Center, which includes buses to San Francisco, Petaluma, etc. SMART Train is there too. We are two blocks to forest-like walking trails. Uber/Lyft come quickly if you call them and we are close to Wolfe Grade which takes you to Greenbrae, Larkspur, Ross, Kentfield and Marin General Hospital. Easy drive to the beach and the Coast of California, "Wine Country" (Sonoma), and San Francisco, East Bay and Penninsula. IN RESPONSE TO COVID19, WE ARE DEEP CLEANING AFTER EVERY GUEST. In Marin County there is an *extremely low incidence* of the virus, but we are hypervigilant and wiping down every doorknob and surface for your safe and clean stay.
