We are renting a room of our house to a couple who want to enjoy the nature. In summer all kinds of birds are observed, butterflies, monkeys and iguanas. Nearest (just 300 meters) you can find Verde Malakita, place where you can enjoy beautiful falls. Our neighbors visit their properties every weekend or seasonally, seeking the beautiful calm that accompanies the sunsets. We are interested in renting from one year onwards.
