No pets No drugs No parties No smoking Only registered guests on the property. Due to the coronavirus, we have taken additional steps to clean and sanitize the Cottage between reservation. Please note we have another unit. It is an inlaw apartment which is part of the main house. Sleeps 4 people and has a full kitchen. It is listed under Rim Rock in the Airbnb app under placerville. You have access to our patios and also our pool (not heated) We live in main house. You can come over anytime if you need anything We are lucky to be able to live in this quiet area. We are not far from downtown placerville (9 miles). There are many restaurants...Apple Hill Farms..... wineries....Gold Country and the American River for rafting. UBER is available There will be beverages, milk, orange juice, snacks and breakfast goodies awaiting you
