In winter, guests will definitely want to have a car that functions well in the snow. We plow the driveway, but it is still a longer dirt driveway, so not always the easiest to get up. We have a strict policy against parties and there are very strict sound ordinances in the town which will result in fines, if violated. If we are fined for disrupting the neighborhood, this will be taken out of the security deposit. Any rules of the house which are not followed will also result in loss of deposit, including smoking. * NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (VAPE, ETC) ON OR IN ANY OF THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME * SMALL FIRES ARE PERMITTED IN THE OUTDOOR FIRE PIT, BUT MUST BE KEPT CONTAINED WITHIN THE BRICKS AND SAFELY MONITORED AND EXTINGUISHED FULLY. * NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS BEYOND THE ALLOTTED AMOUNT OR YOU WILL FORFIT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT ENTIRELY.
