You will enjoy a comfortable suite on the ground floor of our house, accessed through the main social entrance, but also with another independent access at the back of the house. The suite is very quiet and very comfortable. Accommodates comfortably 2 people, as the bed is a standard double size. The sheets are of high quality, as are the towels that are new and with Egyptian threads! Yes, you will have a lot of comfort here! The room has 1 standard double box bed with excellent mattress, ceiling fan, smart TV with Vivo Fiber connection with access to numerous channels, in addition to Disney+ and Netflix. You will be able to accommodate your belongings in the 4-drawer dresser and in the wardrobe (which will be full of hangers) and you will be able to enjoy the existing home-office structure, consisting of a desk and chair, + an excellent wifi! The view from the window overlooks a nice service area and small garden and has a screen against mosquitos, which brings much more comfort on the harmest days. The suite's bathroom has an electric shower, in addition to bars and a toilet seat in the shower, for the comfort and safety of those who need more security when bathing. The room is cleaned once a week when the bed linen is changed. Towels are changed every 2 days. Upon arriving here, you will receive your own keys. Our house has only 1 parking space, so if you come by car, you can park your car on the street in front of our house. Our house has external cameras and we pay a private security that overlooks the houses of the street. We use fragrance in our home (Bamboo or Rosemary), but if you have allergies, we can remove it. You will have at your disposal 01 pair of slippers to walk around the house. You just need to inform us, at the time of your reservation, the size of your preference that we will provide, as well as a kind welcome kit. THE DAILY RATE INCLUDES a delicious breakfast with fruit, jam, butter, cereal and bread. We have 2 beautiful children: Manuela (born in 2010) and Theodoro (our youngest, born in 2018). I am (Mirele) fluent in English and communicates well in Spanish.
