Tropical Getaway Chaconia

Cozy room in a three bedroom, fully air conditioned townhouse in a gated community. Quiet area just a five minute walk to town center where there are malls, plazas, supermarkets, banks and transportation etc. Chaguanas is a vibrant town ideally located at the center of the island, fifteen minutes from the capital city, Port of Spain. There are three bedrooms and the main bathroom upstairs. The living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and half bathroom are located on the ground floor. There is a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, flatware etc and has an electric range and oven. Both upstairs and downstairs are air conditioned. This home is in a small gated community so its very private. There is free parking for two vehicles at the front yard. The back yard is tiled and enclosed, nice for relaxing, dining etc on evenings. I'm available to assist with directions, suggestions on places to visit, dine etc. I can also assist with a drop here and there or an airport pickup etc. This is a residential area and very quiet yet it is only a street away from the town centre. Its a unique town with a market (fruits and veggies, meat, fish) many supermarkets, all the main banks, malls, taxis and public transportation. There are also many restaurants to choose from with a wide variety of foods- local creole and Indian, Chinese, authentic Indian, Arabic, American and thai, all within walking distance. Last but no least we have the best street food, doubles, in Trinidad. The coconut vendor is next to the doubles so you dont have to wonder about something to drink. There are tourist sites closeby ex the Caroni Bird Sanctuary, the Temple in the sea, 85ft statue of the Hindu God Hanuman. The big industrial estate of Point Lisas is 15 mins drive south. I try to take guests on a complimentary drive to see these areas - time permitting.
