Nice, fully furnished basement apartment, with on street parking and private entrance. We don’t have cable tv but have a smart TV and we provide Amazon prime, & Sling. This is a very safe neighborhood and we are about a ten minute drive to the university and downtown activities. We are close to restaurants, Wegmans, Trader Joe’s and a movie theater. The space is over 500sq feet. There are two queen beds, plus a queen air mattress and/or a twin size futon. All of the beds are in the same room. This is a full basement apartment. You will have your own entrance with keys. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. A safe place to park and walk.
